Cooking time guide- (for 2 inch thick steak- reduce by half for thinner steaks)
Rare – 2 minutes per side.
Medium Rare – 2 ½ minutes per side
Medium – 3 minutes per side
Medium Well – 3 ½ minutes per side
Well Done – 4 minutes per side
Important Final Step!! Allow cooked steak to rest on clean cutting board for 5 minutes before cutting. If you cut the steak too soon, all of your juices will run out of the steak leaving your steak dry.
